Q. How can I pay?

A. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or online to our account. All cheques payable to  'Mason's  Garden  Maintenance.' Unless otherwise stated payment will be due on completion.  Where invoiced payment terms will be 7 days from Invoice date.

 

Q. What happens to my waste?

A. We are a Licenced Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency (as required by law), our registration number is CB/XM3858DN. This means we can legally remove waste from your property. We will recycle any green waste which is composted, and then used for land reclamation. Please note that where you have a significant amount of waste to be removed there may be an additional charge. This is because as a reputable business we have to pay to dispose of it.

Q. Are you insured?
A. The Company has full Public Liability Insurance of £1M.

 

Q. Do you just provide a service to private properties?

A. No, we provide a service to the private and commerical sector. Our client base includes many residential properties and local companies. We also maintain a number of communal gardens for residential flats & houses.

 

Q. Do you do one-off jobs or just regular maintenance?
A. We will be more than happy to provide a quotation for one-off jobs, or regular jobs such as grass cutting etc.

 

Q. What about the materials I need?

A. We can supply all your materials and where necessary arrange for skip hire.
